1) One year warranty for all products(Exlude accessories), any terminals with quality issue(Exclude human factors) can get repaired or replacement from us.
2) If clients handle the service locally, we will provide recommendations for clients to purchase some Spare parts(PCBA/LCD/Touch panel/Battery etc)
3) For the product assemblement and repairment, we will provide video. If necessary, we will send technical staff to train.
4) Technial assistance for whole life.
